UNCTAD’s Liner Shipping Connectivity Index (LSCI) and Port LSCI provide quarterly data on countries’ and ports’ level of integration into global liner shipping networks. The Port LSCI scores more than 900 container ports in the world based on performance across six components. Data is provided to UNCTAD by MDSTransmodal.

As of the first quarter of 2021, China possesses 11 of the 100 most connected ports in the world, including 4 of the top-10. View
